Every remodel has its own story, and this one began with a client who wanted their living room to feel brighter, warmer, and more inviting.
With that in mind, I set out to create a design that balanced elegance with function — highlighting custom craftsmanship in the ceiling and window to truly transform the room.
Pre-Construction
I worked closely with the client to understand not just how they wanted the space to look, but how they wanted it to feel. Together, we mapped out a brighter, more open living room with custom details that would elevate the space.
Remodeling in Progress
Throughout the remodel, I balanced structure with creativity — clearing, reshaping, and carefully preparing each step. My focus was always on keeping the process smooth and collaborative, making sure the client’s ideas guided the design.
Glen brought a wealth of design experience, taste, patience, and insight into refining our ideas with us, and then crafted cabinetry, paneling, a staircase, and ceiling treatments that far exceeded our expectations.

A handcrafted layered wood ceiling became a defining feature, adding warmth, depth, and character beyond the client’s expectations.

By creating a wider custom window frame, I was able to bring in more natural light and open up the room.
Finished Project
The result was a living room that felt elevated yet inviting — a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. Most importantly, it reflected the client’s vision while going beyond what they imagined possible.
