ABOUT GLEN
I stake my reputation on every project.
I’m Glen, owner of Galloway Fine Furniture and master furniture maker.
I’ve been in this business for many years and I still love what I do. I received traditional training in the making and design of fine furniture in my native country, Scotland. I subsequently earned a degree in Fine Craftmanship and Design in England, followed by several years apprenticeship in a restoration shop in New York. My mission is to make you, my customer, feel completely at ease with the project you have entrusted me with, and to deliver an outcome that exceeds your expectations.
I can make your kitchen dreams come alive with impeccably detailed custom cabinetry. I can restore worn out furniture, chairs, picture frames, and even old clocks so that they look like new again. My custom millwork pieces for historical homes look exactly like they belong to the era in which they came from.
I take your trust and investment in me very seriously. I will inform, involve, and touch bases with you along every step of the way, at least as much as you would like and need to feel comfortable.
In the end, it’s your delight in the outcome that is most important to me, and I promise that I won’t leave a project until we’ve achieved that.
